Delivery Timeframes

Free Shipping (USPS First Class): 3-4 days for orders shipping to West Coast, 5-7 days for orders shipping to East Coast. This option offers Saturday delivery to most locations. 
Orders placed on weekends will ship on Monday. 

I made a mistake in my shipping address, can I change it?

Please send an email to sales@motsdoux.net with subject: "Wrong Shipping Address" along with the correct address as soon as you can in order to make a change. Most of the orders will be processed and shipped within a day after you place the order, so it's important for us to make any changes as soon as possible.   

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We do ship to most countries outside of the U.S. Packages shipped to international addresses delivery timeframe depend on your delivery selection choice at check out. 

Do I need to pay customs or import duties?

Please be aware that depending on your country, you may have to pay additional customs fees or duties when you receive your shipment. These fees are set by national governments and are the responsibility of the buyer. 

Please make sure that your address is written completely in English when you checkout. 

Payment Safety

No card information is ever saved at Motsdoux.net and it remains the private property of the card holder at all times before, during, and after the product purchase. 
We take active steps to ensure the absolute safety of your credit card and personal information. All credit card sales are processed via a fully secured and reputable third party payment processor.
Mots Doux DOES NOT KEEP CREDIT CARD INFORMATION ON RECORD.    

I can’t access my customer account, what should I do?

First off, check the following: check that you are using the correct email address associated with your account. Then if your email address still doesn’t work, contact us and we’ll help you get it sorted! 

Care

Mots Doux requires little care. To clean your Mots Doux, simply wipe with a soft, dry cloth. We recommend avoiding direct contact with chemicals, such as detergents, soap  perfumes, etc.    
We recommend minimizing water exposure for gold and rose gold bracelets. It's best to store them in their pouch when you're not wearing, in order to avoid humidity and prolong their lifetime.  

Materials and Packaging

Mots Doux bracelets are made with high quality stainless steel, hypoallergenic, tarnish and corrosion resistant. Each one of our pieces is expertly hand crafted and polished.
Gold and Rose Gold Mots Doux are plated with a thick 18K Gold overlay.
Each bracelet, comes in a gift box filled with a cute coton pouch and a card explaining the meaning of your message in english.

Warranty

All Mots Doux products are covered for defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use for a period of one year from the date of original retail purchase. General wear and tear is not covered. All bracelets include a lifetime warranty against breakage. If it breaks, we'll replace it for free. 
Gold plating is covered up to 90 days from the day of purchase and against workmanship defects. We recommend minimizing water exposure for gold and rose gold bands. It's best to store them in a dry place when you're not wearing, in order to avoid humidity and prolong the life of the piece.  

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please email us at sales@motsdoux.net, to arrange a return. We will send you a return form, as well as a return shipping address.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. We do not accept returns for sale items or discontinued items. These items are final sale.
Items must returned with original product packaging intact, otherwise they are non-refundable and will not receive refund or store credit. 
Please, note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, allow up to 7 days for us to process your return once it is received.
